We also provide prompt tracking of single claim, or a detailed report explaining how much was collected in free demand, personally by our collectors, amicably by our affiliate attorney, and through legal action.

Some of the reports in place and used are the:

  • Field Visit Report (FVR) - to track the movement of field officers daily via to avoid manipulation and to monitor performance.
  • Service Report (SVR) - to update all available information and acts as a diary pertaining to each account.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Summarised Status Report (SSR) - to update overall progress on recovery and also used as a monitoring tool.
